Today, we took down the midsummer pole. The leaves and flowers on it were crusty and dry, and that’s when you’re supposed to remove it – it is said to have expended its power into the ground.
This is not a bad day though – the next season here is called high summer, days of actual warm weather when you practically can hear flowers and produce grow 24 hours per day.
As for us, we’re facing the fact that we have only 10 days left here in Sweden. We have a two-day touch and go in Stockholm, after which we will go back to South East Asia.
It’s a hard life.
