I went through most of my life believing that a tomato is a vegetable. It was, sadly, only recently that I learned that they actually belong to the fruit family. That being said, I think I’ve found the tomato’s “missing link”.
This fruit is served to us in our daily fruit plate. It looks and tastes almost like a tomato, but is sweeter and has a harder, inedible skin.
I have no idea what the name of this thing is. Any ideas?
