One of my favorite things to do when traveling is to visit the local market. This may come as no surprise to our regular readers, as we’ve done a few pieces on it before (here, and here).
The picture above was taken at the market in Pangururan. It has to be one of the coolest markets I’ve been to in a fair while. It had everything: droves of powdered fish sold per kilo, clothes still wearing tags saying ‘Goodwill’, and a meat section so gory that we didn’t dare go near it.
